Do you have a store?

MyHanum is an online store only and do not currently have a physical shop.

Where are you based?

MyHanum is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments via Internet Banking (FPX via BillPlz) and PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

We require 1-2 working days to process your order. A tracking number will be provided through email once your order is shipped out. 

If your order does not reach you within 3-5 working days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us at merhaba.myhanum@gmail.com

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will only be processed on the next working day. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Goods sold are not returnable. Only defected items that are in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt.

However, customers are advised to notify us through email at merhaba.myhanum@gmail.com by quoting the order number and the product details.
